Measure 1: Retry Update to determine if Live Update

·         Norton Live Update can sometimes malfunction and terminate connection with your PC.

·         To Get Norton Security or Norton Security with Backup:

·         Click Help, then choose Get Support or call Norton customer care phone number.

Measure 2: Assess Your Virus Definition Date
